As far back as I can remember, I’ve always loved ice cream.  When I left home in Malibu, California to attend Penn State University on a baseball scholarship, that love of all things sweet was taken up a very big notch.  At Penn State I not only discovered the awesome Penn State Creamery, but also my beautiful bride, Lynn.

Even after I graduated and started climbing the corporate ladder for a couple of financial institutions, I knew that my real calling was to be an entrepreneur, someone who could create or produce something that people could not resist, preferably something fun that could put a smile on everyone’s face.  And now, I’m doing just that.

At Pigadilly’s, our goal is pretty simple.  We want to be the best little ice cream parlor and old-fashioned soda fountain that anybody has ever discovered.  Period. 

Our aim is to hand craft as many treats as possible, make them fresh daily in small batches, and use only the finest premium ingredients.  But in doing so, we always want to keep it real, to not take ourselves too seriously, to recognize that we’re not some haute cuisine restaurant, we’re an old fashioned ice cream shop serving kids from 2 to 102.  And that’s just the way we like it.   So unlike most other “gourmet” ice cream parlors, we offer up serving sizes on a rather grand scale and prices on the modest side.

Of course, most important of all our goals at Pigadilly’s  is to treat every single one of you right, to put a smile on your face and trust that you and your family will come back to see us again, soon.  And when you do, please say hello to that six foot six fellow wearing the green Pigadilly’s baseball cap.
